Not exactly the same but when I bought a Rolex Date once, the first time I tried to set it, the crown stem came loose. The watch went back to the seller as they wouldn't pay for the repair. I didn't need a 34mm watch after all even with a Buckley Dial.

I contend that this could be due to the picture, though.

Mine had a super loose clasp and was a lil spaced like that when I got it and they solved the problem in front of me as I stood there. Good luck 👍🏼. Reply.
