After 2.5 years of painful search for the old formulation bottle of YSL La nuit de l'Homme i finally found a full 100ml new bottle!! Couldnt be happier as this old formulation is one of the of my favorite scents ever!
Short answer from me, I've a small bottle of 2016 formulation and a larger bottle of one from early 2014. The earlier batch is sharper and lasts well (6 sprays = all day during work). I have owned the original release, a 2014-2015 offering, and currently own 2 different batches from late 2016 I got in a gift set (1x100ml and 1x30ml). The original without question is stronger, fuller bodied, and has superior longevity to any of the other offerings I have smelled/purchased since. The batch I liked the most out of all was one of the 2014 collector's edition (the black one with the white stripes) - don't know if L'Oreal put some extra effort into it.
