I recently ordered a Gucci bag from RueLaLa and received a FAKE!! I am beyond disappointed. 1 because I was really looking forward to the bag, and 2 because I thought RueLala was a reputable and trustworthy seller. They are saying it's final sale and I cannot return.

I saw even brand new fake items sold, they don’t even refund you. So I gave up on the refund on a purchase 5 years ago. I just want to a lot of people see it. So they can stay away scamming companies like .

I was browsing RueLaLa this morning and came across a LV Cabas Amber bag. for 9! It's easily a fake, and I can tell it's made of vinyl (look at the handles). All of the embossings on the bags are not the correct font, and there shouldn't be an embossing on the handles, anyways.
The consumer claimed that the Fendi bag she received was a counterfeit. A Ruelala rep responded on the site saying they would give the individual a refund on the bag. The Ruelala rep insisted, however, that the bag was 100% authentic.
