With a staggering 322 starts under his belt, 11 of which resulted in victory, Rubens Barrichello is the most experienced Formula 1 driver of all time. Now the benign Brazilian has joined forces with Artisans de Genève to modify a Rolex Daytona in order to reflect his enduring motorsport career.

Together, they reinterpreted the timepiece to give it a highly mechanical style, reflecting the pilot’s love for racing. Last year they worked on the world’s first skeleton dial Rolex Daytona, and for this year, the Geneva-based master craftsmen have collaborated with Rubens Barrichello to customize his Rolex Daytona, by adding the mechanical style of racing cars to the watch. Former Ferrari Formula 1 driver and 11-time grand prix winner Rubens Barrichello has, in conjunction with bespoke watchmaker Artisans de Geneve, launched a new watch.
