I did find one place that sells Chanel decants. Perfuum.com has a good selection, including Les Exclusifs. I took a quick look, and it appears they have both Egoiste and Antaeus.
I’m sure there’s some legal fiasco behind the lack of decants available, but it’s lot likely that they’d be able to intervene with non-commercial sellers. Try looking around forums where individuals .

What's up with Chanel?
I don't own the EDP but have worn through a couple of decants. It's good but a bit too heavy on amber for me to wear it as often as the EDT and lacking the lavender and sandalwood that make the Parfum so rich.
I did a sample swap with somebody, and one of my choices was Bleu de Chanel. You could add me to the category of very unimpressed people. I don't even see Chanel quality in this one; speaking of the EDT btw. To me, it's just a . A community for Chanel fans, shoppers, and collectors. Try perfuum.com. They're legit and they've got it, though it's expensive as heck. you can find people selling legit decants through the swap sub. There are a lot of 4 ml miniature bottles on eBay which are legit, due to people buying and breaking this set which used to be available from Chanel. Chanel Egoiste is a very good scent. I have compared this to Trumper Sandalwood and I stand by that comparison. Egoiste is drier and more of the cedarwood projects itself as it dries down and works to completion as the scent fades.
